Order Process & Prescription

Is the prescription required for all medicine requests?

Yes. A valid prescription from your HMO accredited doctor is required for all medicine requests.

What makes a prescription invalid?

A prescription may be rejected if, information is incomplete, medicine or dosage does not exist, prescription appears tampered with, required physician information is missing, instructions are unclear or inconsistent

Can I order medicines not included in the formulary?

No. Orders are limited to medicines included in the approved formulary

Can I order multiple medicines in one transaction?

Yes, provided all medicines are supported by a valid prescription.

How do I submit an S2 prescription to ActiveOne?

Submit online via the ActiveOne Rx portal. Then send the triplicate copies via mail to
ActiveOe Head Office.
